What is Vermont Lingerie's return policy? We only accept returns, on Unworn, Unopened and Unwash items. Clearance items can not be returned for exchanges or refunds for any reason. Tatiana and Bedhead items are directly shipped from the manufacturer so we do not have any returns or exchanges on these products. If any product is defective, all the manufacturers will honor their products 100%. How do I return something? To return an item, you must request and RA number. Send an email to stacey@vermontlingerie.com. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Send your package, including a copy of your sales receipt, via a prepaid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery to: Vermont Lingerie Chest 1170 Hill Road Fairfield, VT 05455 Who pays for return shipping? Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited in 10-14 business days. Should the return not meet the requirements of Vermont Lingerie, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost with a letter explaining our return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For an exchange you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. What about defective/damaged items? Damaged or defective merchandise is the responsibility of the manufacturer. In order to comply with all manufacturer’s regulations, they state that defective merchandise be shipped back to them for replacement to the customer. All manufacturer's have a 1 year guarantee on their merchandise. Please contact customer service for the appropriate manufacturer's phone number and address. |
